My research interests include multiscale materials modeling with focus on micro-structural features, such as defects at deferent length scales, related to mechanical and electronic properties of semiconductors and materials in general. I am also interested and focused on developing mathematical as well computational aspects of materials modeling, and using data science models to design and search for new materials for improved functional performance.
