The dispersion relation for the oblique propagation of electromagnetic wave in high density homogeneous quantum plasma is established. The growth rate has been evaluated. The difference in the concentration of spin-up and spin-down electrons have taken in to account and effects of spin polarization is analyzed. © 2018 Author(s).
