Abstract
Spectroscopic measurements of acetylene are performed with chip-integrated thin-film membrane waveguides based on Ta2O5 platform in MIR. Results show an excellent fit with the theoretical database and promise outstanding sensing performance with an on-chip device. © OSA 2020.
