Abstract
The usefulness of energy storage materials is observed in various sectors. An invariable nature of the energy storage density with temperature secures the material for high-temperature applications. Parent K0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (KBT) shows slanted polarization vs. electric field loop, which is suitable for storing energy. In this work, we have attempted to make the loop slimmer by substituting Eu3+ at the A-site of K0.5Bi0.5TiO3 for achieving higher recoverable energy storage density. © 2020 IEEE.
