Abstract
A Huygens' surface that efficiently refracts normally incident light to an angle φr = 35 at telecommunication wavelengths is reported. This represents the first experimental demonstration of an isotropic metasurface that provides wavefront control for arbitrarily polarized light. © 2014 Optical Society of America.
